Monday .... The first day of the week ... I guess the first to everything sucks ... ie. first day your car breaks down, first day on a job, first day date, first day fight, first day of class, first day to a new school year ... yes the list can go on and on and on!

Why is it that on Wednesday (HUMP DAY) the week fly's by but when Monday comes along its an eternity till the weekend. Is it just all in our heads or does time really speed up.

Ok so we know after Thrusday comes TGIF day so as of 5 o'clock (17 hrs from 12:00 am Fri morning) its officially the wekend. We then have our fun Friday night, Saturday, and Sunday adding up to 55 hrs / 3300 mins of fun then we cant wait till its TGIF comes around again before Monday evens starts and its back to the weekday and the start of the most hated day!! You know what after all that come to think about it most calendars considered Sunday to be the first day of the new week so the week really goes from Sun to Sat.

What if we lived in a world haha yes I am saying world because well the USA is so different from every other country so it is a completely different world. So what if we lived in a world that literally ran 7 days a week. No weekends off. Would Monday still be the suck ass day of the week.

If you really think about it Mondays sucks because
-Sunday evenings you know you need to get up in the early AM for Monday-
-Monday always seems to be the slowest day of the week-
-Mondays inherently seem to never end-
-Monday you realize how much of the week you still have left to go-

It all leads back to what if we did not have weekend off from work and or school?? Right now its like we have two days off the last day of the week (SAT) and the first (SUN)
